Gary R. Rohmann, President
Gary has achieved over 34 years of progressive and distinguished professional service within higher education and the higher education finance industry. Prior to being appointed President of ELS, Gary served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Student Loan Xpress, Inc., a CIT company, where his overall leadership was directly responsible for significant market growth through the school and business partner channels within student lending.
Timothy B. Kulesha, Executive Vice President/COO
Tim offers 15 years of marketing and operational experience, primarily in the student lending industry. Prior to joining NLA, Tim served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Cology, Inc.
Before joining Cology Inc., Tim served in key leadership positions both in marketing and operations for Wachovia Corp., University of Phoenix and Wells Fargo & Co. Tim also served as the President of Apollo College Mesa and Tucson, Arizona campuses.
Mary Jo Lambert-Terry, Executive Vice President/Sales
Mary Jo offers more than 15 years of strategic management experience in the student lending industry. In her role as president of TSLP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Lending
Associates (NLA), Mary Jo will oversee day-to-day management and strategic direction, assisting students and their families with low-cost, comprehensive
education financing solutions. Prior to founding TSLP, Mary Jo served as Executive Vice President/Partner of NextStudent, Inc., one of the nation’s premier education funding companies
serving more than 20,000 students and families each month. At NextStudent, Inc., she managed a multi-million dollar marketing initiative to generate federal and
private student loan volume. Before joining NextStudent, Mary Jo served as Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at Southwest Student Services Corporation,
where she acquired approximately $1.3 billion in loan volume annually while working with guarantors, banks, credit unions, schools, collection agencies and third
party marketing companies. Mary Jo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Tracy L. Sniscak, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tracy has over 14 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience. In her most recent position at CampusDoor, she managed the Credit Union Student Higher Education Loan Program (CU Student HELP), working directly with over 250 credit unions, their staff, and their members to market and promote the program, train credit union employees, and help assist with member questions. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
